You (being anyone and everyone) have full permissions to do whatever the hell you want (minus the exceptions below) with any of my tutorials listed under here: republish, list it under the 10 most useless things on the internet, reproduce in an adult film, translate it at gizoogle.com (recommended) ... whatever ... except ... hmm ... just don't use it for cheating, illegal, or terrorist activities (hey, some people are creative at using things).
If you are going to republish it, just refer to the original here so that people can check it out if they wish.
